I hired Midwest Legal Support Service (Ted) to serve a subpoena to a person in the Detroit area, since I am located over 300 miles away. Once agreed to his service, Ted went to work gathering all needed materials and attempting to serve this non-responsive individual. After numerous attempts to serve in person, Ted completed and successfully served the document via an alternate means and filed all necessary documents/motions with the 36th District Court, My case is now ready to be heard by them.
